Whether your goal is to improve your confidence, strengthen your communication skills at work, or prepare for your federal second language evaluation, your training program is designed to guide you in a clear, structured, and supportive way.

What happens next?
Our team reviews your information, your training needs, and your self-assessment if applicable.
We place the appropriate course and training path in your account.
Once your file is ready, your instructor and schedule are confirmed according to your contract.
You will use MyLearningMyWay to access your course, your schedule, and your training resources.
Once everything is ready, you simply join your online sessions and begin your learning journey.

Your Course Plan = Our Shared Roadmap
In MyLearningMyWay, you have a personalized training plan in Your Courses. This plan is the official roadmap for your program and helps ensure consistent progress.
Learner + Instructor alignment
Your course plan helps keep both you and your instructor aligned throughout your training.

- Follow the lessons and activities in order — this is the approved plan.
- After each step, click MARK COMPLETE to unlock the next activity or lesson.
- Bring your course page to class if needed — it helps keep everyone aligned.
👥 Instructor commitment
Your instructor is expected to follow your course plan and use the activities provided. This ensures training quality, continuity, and the right focus for your objectives.
Important: If your class is not aligned with your plan, please flag it early so we can support you and your instructor.
If your course is “Let’s Determine Your Level”
Please complete the form inside that course.
It is required to evaluate your level and place the correct training plan into your account.
Cancellation Policy
Your training contract includes a cancellation policy.
Depending on your contract, your required notice period is either:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
If you need to report an absence or a scheduling issue, please contact us as early as possible so we can review the situation and support your training continuity.

Before your first class
- Log in to your account using the credentials sent to you.
- Watch the onboarding video above.
- Review your course page in MyLearningMyWay.
- Complete the self-assessment if requested.
- Complete any required form if your account includes “Let’s Determine Your Level”.
- Be ready for online training with a computer, microphone, camera, internet connection, and access to MS Teams.
