Knowledge Circle’s origin begins in Ottawa with a simple idea: help public servants progress in both official languages through clear assessments, qualified instructors, and an organization capable of supporting teams at scale.

1994
The company’s first roots. The organization begins supporting federal public-service learners with French and English second-language training.
1998
Federal needs become an area of expertise. KC develops ways to serve learners, managers, and organizations with greater structure and continuity.
2003
Knowledge Circle Learning Services Inc. is federally incorporated. The current structure consolidates training, assessment, administrative support, and online services.
2002
MyLearningMyWay takes shape. The digital experience begins connecting schedules, resources, support, and a clear view of the learning path for learners and managers.
