1) The “Gold Routine” (repeatable, no improvisation)
- Warm-up (10–15 min): recycle 6–10 chunks + 2 quick questions.
- Audio/model (15–20 min): Listen 1 (gist) → Listen 2 (chunks) → quick echo/shadow.
- Role-play (20–30 min): 2 rounds (Round 2 = faster + more professional).
- Mini-summary (5–10 min): 45–120 sec depending on level.
- Close (2 min): 1 win + 1 next goal + 1 micro speaking task (20–30 sec).
2) Correction without breaking confidence
- Recast: repeat the learner’s meaning in correct English naturally.
- One-point focus: one correction per turn (intelligibility first).
- Upgrade: offer one more professional version (tone/politeness).
- Parking lot: note recurring errors; fix them at the end (2 minutes max).

- Meeting sprint: 4-minute meeting, roles (Chair/Timekeeper/Note-taker/Participants).
- Call relay: receive a message and relay it (who/what/when/next step).
- Problem → options: propose 2 options + recommendation + next steps.
- Feedback loop: positive + improvement + next step on a short scenario.
5) Speaking-time protection (groups)
- Pair rotations every 3–4 minutes.
- Roles (Speaker/Partner/Observer) and rotate.
- Use timers. Short tasks repeated = faster progress.
